Brisbane Women only group training

Here is a bunch of beautiful women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who all came down and gave Monday morning their ALL!! What a session we had down at the gym this morning! WELL done ladies. A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT PLUS MORE was done and dusted in 30 minutes! Look at that natural glow they all left with!💃😍

Come and join our group training for women over 50 and be trained by a Stafford personal trainer who is female and understands what we need as women. If you've never trained before or haven't trained for a long time - it doesn't matter. These classes are for all women who want to feel the best they have ever felt and don't want to let menopause get in their way! It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at or if you are at any level at all... these classes are designed for every woman to work at her own individual pace within group environment - surrounded by other likeminded women who all just want to feel their best... and your best is going to be different every single day.
