How to Alleviate High Hamstring Tendonitis with Effective Exercises




Recently I got to work with Sport Doctor, Doctor Lorenzo Masci all the way from the UK, while he was here visiting Brisbane, helping him show casing high hamstring tendonitis exercises. These exercises left me really feeling it in those hamstrings as well as my glutes - a great feeling actually.
