TRY OUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN

Why train here? If you are a woman over 50 you need to be lifting weight (for many reasons) and you need to make sure you're doing it properly and guided by an experienced trainer.  Here we take our time making sure the quality of the lift is done properly so the results come faster AND you keep your body injury free.

 

I'll ease you into the training and help you to train at your own pace. The sessions are designed that way - for each individual woman to feel comfortable in her own skin while getting the results needed to live a quality lifestyle.

 

If you're ready to make some changes come in and try out my classes. February special 2 weeks $27. You won't just get trained here... you'll learn so much more about how to move your body in a way that helps for life ❤️

These classes are a great way for women (in their 40s, 50s and 60s) to come together in one room all for the same reason... to strengthen their bones and build beautiful muscle because we know that as you get older and start to go through menopause we start to lose muscle and the best way to preserve that muscle is to lift weights and give those muscles some resistance work!

To top it off resistance training helps alleviate the symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause.  The general effects of resistance training also has on your mind  is a wonderful thing. When you lift you have no choice but to forget about the outside world and focus on you. Did you know that resistance training also has the power to boost your immune system?

Here we just get straight into it. It's all about you ladies! Women's only group classes.

These classes are kept small so you really get the benefits of doing the exercises well to prevent injury and get strong!

All classes are 30 minutes

As a certified female personal trainer in Stafford I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. All sessions are a full body workout and designed to train at your own pace with guidance from a qualified and experienced personal coach/personal trainer. All classes are capped at 8 people. If you can’t find the service you’re looking for, contact me today. These classes are especially designed for women.  Group classes for women.
