Can be done anywhere especially if you want to keep fit while on holidays and perfect if you are beginner!

I just don’t think people give Resistance Bands enough credit. They are a great way to begin or include in a “weight training” program… but especially if you are a beginner… in my opinion some people feel intimidated by weights… so bands a great way to start for that simple reason. Do not underestimate these bands.

* But who I really want to talk about… and that is… the Over 60s and onwards


As a 45 year old mother of 2 with parents who are in their late 60s and early 70s, I have worked with all clients from the ages of 9 to 73 and Ive been in the industry for over 20 years. Ive noticed a HUGE gap within the fitness industry.


A program for over, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond.

I am continuously seeing programs targeted at the younger generation with “build a better booty” blah blah blah … but what about the older generation? …and how about… let’s build a better functioning body so we can age in a better way???. The majority of 50 plus are the ones who need it the most in my opinion.


With Covid and the lockdowns… I have watched the elderly being locked up in nursing homes and separated from their loved ones… I have watched gyms closed down and people left with no equipment to train… I… thanked… God… that my parents were still well and strong enough to be living at home where I could still see them when I wanted to.


As I have reached my 40s and… weight training my body for over half my life… it becomes more important as my body ages. My training has changed along with my body – it’s no longer how can I thrash my body and “feel” smashed after a workout… it’s about supporting it, keeping it strong so it functions better and better as it moves on and on throughout the years… I have had a vested interest in training those around my age and older… and after Covid hit I was inspired to take action and put a program together for those 2 reasons.

It is up to us, as we age, to take control of our health. We, as individuals, cannot stop the aging process… but we can CHANGE the way we age… AND put off “needing” to be put into a nursing home a lot longer by adopting a stronger and healthier lifestyle.


Weight training has been SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN to change the way we age for the BETTER and putting this program together gave me real purpose to show up in this world as the Trainer I am meant to be – to help as many of you as possible STAY OUT OF NURSING HOMES FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE… if you don’t have a health goal why not make this one it. Covid showed me that we need to stay strong and be strong for as long as OUR MINDS allow us.
