4 WEEK RESET PROGRAM Get Ready for Winter 2023
I’ve put together a “challenge” that incorporates all my passions and what I have been studying and putting into action in my own life and that is:

🌟to FEEL better about themselves INSIDE as well as OUT
🌟They're bored with how they eat and want new and EASY ideas. 🌟They know they are capable of so much more in this lifetime but not sure where to start.

That’s why we include some of our favourite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won’t leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you’ll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.
Yes this is a MAJOR component of this program. We all know it is about what you put into your body and we are going to make sure you follow science proven systems that will still have you eating real food. In fact that will cover so much nutrition that there is no way we won't find a meal plan or program that works for YOU, YOUR life and YOUR schedule.
AT HOME WORKOUTS for the days you can't get to the gym as well as online
9 WEEKLY IN-HOUSE GROUP TRAINING CLASSES each week to get your body in exceptional shape - choose from over 9 classes (online or in person) a week on our group fitness timetable for the duration of the 4 weeks. We take into account how you move, what you're capable of and ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible! Ensuring your body is kept healthy and strong and moving the way it is meant to!
Support from a Wellness Coach - TRACKING AND ACCOUNTABILITY We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results.
