Im a Strength & Conditioning Coach as well as a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist. I believe getting into shape and being your most vibrant, healthy, strong self shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness and that includes variety, adapting as your body ages and making changes to a workout to support injury. While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by training myself over the last 25 years and finding what my body likes and no longer likes as it ages, working with a variety of people (mend, women and children) and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients.
Being 47 years of age I am well and truly in the perimenopause phase... and so with that comes a wealth of knowledge from my own experiences and I now offer small group workouts for women in their 40s, 50s, 6os and beyond designed by a woman in her 40s which help with the symptoms of peri/menopause.
Also having been in the industry for over 20 years and living and breathing strength training at a balanced level I help MEN and WOMEN discover their full potential through strength training through my one on one personal training sessions.
Looking after Stafford, Grange, Wilston, Windsor, Kedron, Gordon Park, Lutwyche, Alderley, Clayfield, Hendra, Ashgrove surrounding Northern inner city suburbs of Brisbane.

OUR BOXING CLASSES ARE MORE THAN JUST BOXING
These classes are only 30 minutes long (YES! We only do 30 mins sessions). Our Boxing sessions mix hitting the bag with a good weights program to really tone and strengthen your body while keeping it fit! It gives a whole new meaning to high intensity resistance training (HIRT) and definitely a fun way of making resistance training and boxing apart of your lifestyle! Women of Brisbane, we are going into our third month of the year. Are you ready to go. These are women's only group classes... designed by a woman for a woman in her 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.
