Sometimes life gets in the way and you don't have time to get to the gym - but... that doesn't mean you have to skip your workout... oh no no no... depending on where you're at with your fitness journey, you don't need much at all. Just a plan and to know what you're doing... and if you don't know what to do, that's what I'm here for 😊.
